Not sure which edible ink cartridge model number your printer takes? 

Here are several ways to work out the ink cartridge model you need: 

1. If you ordered your printer from us, the cartridge model is written inside the Edible Insights booklet, together with your order details, so re-ordering is easy.

2. Check out the product description of our edible ink cartridges on our website. These detail compatible printer model numbers to make ordering easy. 

3. Turn your edible ink cartridges upside down and take a look at the number printed on the chip. This is your cartridge number.

4. You can look up the required cartridge in your printer manual (which we always recommend downloading directly from the Canon website to assist with troubleshooting printer errors) 

5. You can do a Google search; or 

6. Contact us - we are always here to help. Be sure to quote your printing system order number or tell us the printer model number. 

Please note: As per our T&Cs, it is the purchaser's responsibility to order correctly and to order products that are compatible with their printing systems. If you order the wrong products, and they have been opened, we are unable to process an exchange. If you do order incorrectly and haven’t yet opened the cartridges, they will need to be returned to us at your expense, for a refund. 

Please order carefully, it will save you time, money and angst. We really don’t like seeing our customers unhappy. x
